Samir Narendra Shah and Persons Acting in Concert (PACs) have acquired a significant stake in Alkosign Ltd through open market purchases. The total shares acquired amount to 27.78% of the company's total diluted share capital. The acquisition was made in several tranches between November 2025 and March 2026. Samir Narendra Shah purchased 38,250 shares, Shrenik Shah purchased 58,375 shares, and Prisha Shah purchased 2,250 shares.
