Wherrelz IT Board to consider H2/FY26 results & preferential issue

Wherrelz IT Solutions Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on April 17, 2026. The key agenda items for the meeting include the consideration and approval of the audited financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2026, along with the Auditor's Report. Additionally, the Board will discuss and potentially approve a preferential issue of shares and/or warrants to non-promoters for cash consideration, specifically for the conversion of a loan. This preferential issue will be subject to shareholder approval. The Board will also fix the relevant date for the preferential issue and determine the details for an Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) to seek shareholder consent.
