BKM Industries Ltd. Submits Q3 & FY2022-23 Financial Results After NCLT Approval

BKM Industries Ltd. has declared its standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and financial year ended 31st December 2022, following the implementation of the Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). The company was under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) during which the management was vested with the Resolution Professional, causing a delay in finalizing and submitting the financial results. Pursuant to the approved Resolution Plan, the company has been granted reliefs for effective implementation. The financial results have been prepared in accordance with applicable accounting standards and are subject to Limited Review by the Statutory Auditors.
