Vistra ITCL Acquires 3.28% Stake in Innova Captab Ltd via Debenture Trustee/Security Trustee Role

Vistra ITCL (India) Limited, a debenture trustee and security trustee, has acquired 3.28% stake in Innova Captab Ltd. The acquisition includes 18,75,000 shares carrying voting rights. The mode of acquisition is non-disposal undertaking and the date of acquisition is 24.03.2026. The equity share capital of Innova Captab Ltd before the acquisition was Rs. 1,87,50,000/- and after the acquisition, it remains the same. The total diluted share/voting capital of the TC after the acquisition is also the same.
