Interarch Building Solutions Ltd Appoints Mr. Manish Kumar Garg as Executive Director for 5 Years

Interarch Building Solutions Ltd has informed that the shareholders of the company have passed a Special Resolution through Postal Ballot on March 27, 2026, approving the appointment of Mr. Manish Kumar Garg as an Executive Director. Mr. Garg, who is presently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, was appointed by the Board of Directors as an Additional Director in the capacity of Executive Director with effect from February 2, 2026. The shareholders have now approved his appointment as an Executive Director of the Company for a period of five (5) years, commencing from February 2, 2026 up to February 1, 2031 (both days inclusive). He shall continue to serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company and shall be liable to retire by rotation.
