GK Energy Regularizes Subhash Vasant Ghaisas as Non-Executive Independent Director

GK Energy Limited has informed the Exchange about the outcome of the Board Meeting dated 07th April, 2026. The Board of Directors has taken several business decisions, including the regularization of Mr. Subhash Vasant Ghaisas as a Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a term of five consecutive years from 13th February 2026 to 12th February 2031. The appointment is subject to the approval of the members of the Company in a Postal Ballot & E-voting process, which will be conducted under the scrutiny of CS Avanti Kashinath Rajwade.
