Lemon Tree Hotels Expands Presence in Nepal with New Signing in Simara

Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd, one of India’s leading hospitality chains, has signed a License Agreement for Lemon Tree Hotel, Simara, Nepal. This will be the brand's 7th property in Nepal, managed by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited. The hotel will feature 98 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, a banquet, conference room, other F & B venues like bar lounge and recreational facilities including swimming pool, spa, and fitness centre. The hotel is strategically located just 2 km from Simara Airport, serving as a vital bridge between the region’s industrial strength and its ecological treasures.
