In accordance with Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (SAST) Regulation,2011, Motor & General Finance Ltd has disclosed that they have not received any intimation from any of the Promoters, Promoter Group including Persons acting in concert having pledged/encumbered their shares as of March 31, 2026. Furthermore, the promoter, Mr. Rajiv Gupta, along with persons acting in concert, have not made any encumbrance, directly or indirectly, as of the same date.
