Wipro Ltd: Two Independent Directors to Retire from Board on March 31, 2026

Wipro Ltd has announced that Dr. Patrick J. Ennis and Mr. Patrick Dupuis, Independent Directors, will retire from the Company's Board of Directors, with effect from close of business hours on March 31, 2026, after completion of their tenure under Section 149(11) of the Companies Act, 2013. This decision has led to the re-constitution of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Administrative and Shareholders/Investors Grievance Committee.
