Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd: Default on Dividend Payable on Non-Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares

Prag Bosimi Synthetics Ltd has disclosed a default on dividend payable on Non-Convertible Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares (NCRCPs) worth 9.06 Crore INR. The default, which has continued beyond 30 days from the date of default (31.03.2026), is due to inadequate profits. The preference shares were issued to promoters only. The total amount issued through debt securities is 15.77 Crore INR, and the total financial indebtedness of the listed entity, including short-term and long-term debt, is 189.67 Crore INR as on 31.03.2026.
