Grameva Appoints Tibrewalla & Associates as Internal Auditor for FY27

Grameva Ltd's Board of Directors, in a meeting held on April 11, 2026, approved the appointment of M/s. Tibrewalla & Associates, Practicing Chartered Accountant (Firm Registration No.: 329574E), as the Internal Auditor for the Financial Year 2026-2027. The appointment is for a term of one year. Mr. Shubham Tibrewalla, who qualified as a Chartered Accountant in November 2015, leads the firm, which began its independent practice in September 2016. The firm brings extensive experience in statutory and internal audits, GST compliance, taxation, litigation support, and advisory services.
