Swan Corp Ltd Issues Corporate Guarantee of Rs. 72.57 Crores for Subsidiary Swan LNG Private Limited

Swan Corp Ltd, a company registered under CIN: L177100MH1909PLC0O00294, has issued a corporate guarantee for an amount of Rs. 72.57 crores (Rupees Seventy Two Crores and Fifty Seven lakhs) for securing repayment obligation of its subsidiary, Swan LNG Private Limited (SLPL). This issuance of the corporate guarantee does not have any immediate pecuniary impact on Swan Corp Limited. The decision to provide the guarantee was made in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations read with Para B of Part A of Schedule ll, and the details of the transaction are provided in Annexure A.
