Pratiksha Chemicals Ltd. to Alter Main Object by Adding Agri-inputs and Farming Business

Pratiksha Chemicals Ltd. has announced a Board Meeting on 6th April, 2026 to consider a proposal for changing the main object of the company. The proposed changes include adding agri-inputs like fertilizers, micronutrients, pesticides, insecticides, veterinary and live stock feeds and feed supplements, fish feeds and its supplements to the company's business. The company also plans to deal in all plant and machinery, implements, accessories, tools, goods or things and all types of modern agricultural implements, veterinary, live stock and poultry equipments. The new objectives also include carrying on the business of poultry, agricultural farming, fish rearing and allied activities. These changes are subject to necessary regulatory and statutory approvals, including approval from the shareholders of the company.
