C.E. Info Systems Ltd Announces Changes in Designation of Senior Management Personnel

C.E. Info Systems Ltd announced changes in the designation of certain Senior Management Personnel (SMPs) at its meeting held on April 06, 2026. The changes are aimed at strengthening operational and technical leadership at the subsidiary level. Mrs. Rashmi Verma, currently the CTO, will also take on the role of Chief Human Resources Officer. Mr. Shishir Kumar Verma will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer at Gtropy Systems Private Limited and oversee Human Resources functions at Gtropy Systems Private Limited and Mappls DT Private Limited. Mr. Rishin Kalra will transition as the Chief Technical Officer of Gtropy Systems Private Limited.
