PTC Industries Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for Promoters, Directors, Designated Persons, their Immediate Relatives, and Auditors from April 01, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of financial results for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the amended Clause 4 of the Schedule B of PIT Regulations. The company also stated that the outcome of the Board Meeting will be intimated immediately upon completion and the results will be published within 48 hours from the date of announcement.
