President of India Retains 74.76% Stake in Union Bank of India as of March 31, 2026

According to the Regulation 31(4) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, the President of India, as the Promoter of Union Bank of India, held 5,70,66,60,850 (74.76%) Equity Shares of the Bank as of March 31, 2026. There has been no encumbrance of shares, directly or indirectly, during the financial year ended March 31, 2026.
