Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd to Approve Audited Financial Results on 09/04/2026

Anand Rathi Wealth Ltd has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 09/04/2026 to consider and approve the Audited standalone and consolidated financial results for the Fourth Quarter and Financial Year ended 31st March, 2026. The Audit Committee of the Board will review these results prior to approval. The Board will also recommend a Final Dividend, if any, for the financial year ending 31st March, 2026, subject to shareholder approval at the 31st Annual General Meeting. Additionally, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company will be closed from Wednesday, 1st April, 2026 until 48 hours after the financial results are made public.
