Baron Infotech Limited, pursuant to the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015 and sub clause 16(g) of Clause A of PART A if the Schedule III of the LODR Regulation, 2015, has informed about the scheduling of a 21% meeting of the Committee of Creditors (CoC). The meeting is set to take place on Thursday, April 02, 2026, at 16:00 hours (IST). The agenda includes analyzing, evaluating, and negotiating the resolution plans received in the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) of the Corporate Debtor, as well as discussing other matters that may be placed before the Committee.
