Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd to Approve Q4 and FY 2025-26 Financial Results in May 2026 Board Meeting

Bajaj Holdings & Investment Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on 7 May 2026 to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated financial audited results for the quarter and financial year ended 31 March 2026. The meeting will also recommend dividend on equity shares, if any, for the financial year ended 31 March 2026. In compliance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed from 1 April 2026 till 9 May 2026 for designated persons and their immediate relatives.
