Yash Chemex Ltd has announced the retirement of its Independent Director, Mrs. Angee Rajendrakumar Shah, due to the completion of her second consecutive term. The retirement took effect from the closing business hours of Wednesday, 08th April 2026. The company has also disclosed the details as required under the Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The new Board of Directors of the company, effective from 9th April 2026, includes Mr. Pritesh Yashwantlal Shah, Mrs. Dimple Priteshkumar Shah, Mr. Rushabh Anilkumar Shah, Mr. Dhanik Jayeshkumar Mehta, and Mr. Bhaveshkumar Rajnikant Shah.
