Shantai Industries Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window for Audited Financial Result Announcement

Shantai Industries Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for all directors, officers, designated persons, and their immediate relatives. This closure is in accordance with the Code of Internal Procedures and Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of trading by insiders and pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours after the announcement of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration of the Audited Financial Results will be communicated in due course.
