Sanofi India Ltd Announces 70th AGM with Key Appointments and Dividend Declaration

Sanofi India Ltd has announced its 70th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled for April 29, 2026. The meeting will be conducted through Video Conferencing / Other Audio-Visual Means (VC / OAVM) facility. The AGM will consider and adopt the Annual Audited Financial Statements for the financial year ended December 31, 2025. The Company will confirm the payment of interim dividend of ` 75 per equity share and declare a final dividend of ` 48 per equity share for the same financial year. The AGM will also consider the re-appointment of Mr. Vaibhav Karandikar and Mr. Eric Mansion, who retire by rotation. Further, the AGM will appoint Ms. Sudipta Chakraborty as a Director and Whole-time Director for a term of 3 years. The Company will also appoint Mrs. Rajani Kesari as an Independent Director for a term of 5 consecutive years.
