National Highways Infra Trust Declares Appointed Date for Amravati-Chikhali-Tarsod and Gundugolanu-Chinna Avutapalli Concession Agreements

National Highways Infra Trust has informed the Exchange about the declaration of the Appointed Date for the Amravati-Chikhali-Tarsod and Gundugolanu-Chinna Avutapalli Concession Agreements. The Concession Agreement was signed between the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) and NHIT Western Projects Private Limited (NWPPL or Project SPV-1) on March 17, 2026. The Authority has declared April 1, 2026, at 00:00 hrs (midnight of March 31, 2026/April 1, 2026) as the Appointed Date following the completion of condition precedents (CP) for the declaration of the Appointed Date.
