Retirement of Senior Management Personnel at Khadim India Ltd: Mr. Saibal Banerjee

Khadim India Ltd has announced the retirement of Mr. Saibal Banerjee, General Manager – Administration, and a Senior Management Personnel of the Company. The retirement is in accordance with Regulation 16(1)(d) of the Listing Regulations, as per the disclosure on the above captioned subject pursuant to Regulations 30 and Para A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations. The retirement is effective from April 01, 2026.
