POWERGRID Chairman & MD, Shri Burra Vamsi Rama Mohan, Assumes Additional Charge as Director (Projects)

Shri Burra Vamsi Rama Mohan, the Chairman & Managing Director of Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd (POWERGRID), has been entrusted with an additional charge for the post of Director (Projects) for a period of 3 months starting from 1st April, 2026. This decision was made in accordance with the Ministry of Power (MoP) Order dated 6th April, 2026. The announcement was made in terms of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
