Gallantt Ispat Ltd Appoints Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy as CFO and KMP

Gallantt Ispat Ltd has appointed Mr. Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) of the company. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held on 31st March 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Satpathy, with over 28 years of experience in finance management, will take up his role from 1st April 2026.
