Kriti Nutrients Ltd. held its Extraordinary General Meeting on Friday, 20th March, 2026 at 12:00 P.M. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) or Other Audio Video Means (OAVM). The meeting was held at the corporate office of the company situated at 8thFloor, Brilliant Sapphire Plot No.10, PSP, IDA,Scheme No.78, Part II, Indore (M.P.) 452010. The meeting was chaired by Shiv Singh Mehta, Chairman and Managing Director. The meeting was held in compliance with the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The total number of members on the cut-off date was 20630, out of which 47 members were present through VC. The meeting discussed various matters including the necessity to amend & include specific enabling clause 111 Memorandum and Articles of Association of the Company.
