Gallantt Ispat Ltd: Changes in Management and Appointments

Gallantt Ispat Ltd has announced changes in its management. Mr. Sandip Kumar Agarwal, Mr. Prashant Jalan, and Mr. Udit Agarwal have resigned from their respective positions due to pre-occupation and personal reasons. Mr. Pradyumna Kumar Satpathy has been appointed as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective April 01, 2026. Mr. Dindayal Jalan has been appointed as an Additional and Whole-time Director for a period of five years, subject to approval in the ensuing General Meeting. Mr. Atul Kumar Gupta has been appointed as an Additional Director to be regarded as a Non-Executive Independent Director for a period of five years.
