Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd Allots 1,44,000 Equity Shares Upon Conversion of Warrants

Vikram Kamats Hospitality Ltd has allotted 1,44,000 equity shares to Dr. Vikram V. Kamat upon conversion of warrants. The allotment committee of the board of directors approved the allotment at their meeting. The equity shares allotted rank pari passu with the existing equity shares of the company. The paid-up equity shares capital of the company has increased from ₹ 17,28,98,650/- to ₹ 17,43,38,650/-. The allotment was made as per the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
