Sammaan Capital Ltd Allots Equity Shares and Warrants to Avenir Investment RSC Ltd for INR 56.53 Billion

Sammaan Capital Ltd (formerly known as Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited) has allotted Equity Shares and Warrants to Avenir Investment RSC Ltd, a restricted scope company incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, for a total consideration of INR 56,52,75,11,520.25 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand Six Hundred Fifty‑Two Crore Seventy‑Five Lakh Eleven Thousand Five Hundred Twenty and Twenty‑Five Paise only). The allotment was made in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the SEBI (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, and other applicable laws. The allotted Equity Shares and the equity shares of the Company issued upon conversion of the Warrants will be listed on the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited.
