Innovision Ltd Receives Tax Demand Order of Rs 20.98 Crore for FY 2019-20 & FY 2023-24 from CBIC

Innovision Ltd has received an Order dated March 20, 2026, from the Additional Commissioner, CBIC, Jurisdiction – Dehradun, Meerut under Section 74 of the Central Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (CGST Act) and UKGST Act. The Order demands recovery of tax and penalty amounting to Rs 20,98,11,480/- for the tax periods FY 2019-20 and FY 2023-24. The dispute is raised by the department in the filed GSTR returns. The Company is evaluating the order and intends to challenge the proposed demand and penalty before the appropriate authority. Innovision believes that the demand is not sustainable and will not have any material impact on its financial position, operations, or other activities.
