Voltas Ltd Appoints Ms. Pragya Bijalwan to Senior Leadership Team

Voltas Ltd has appointed Ms. Pragya Bijalwan, who has been serving as Head – Marketing & Communications since December 2024, to the Senior Leadership Team with effect from 6th April, 2026. Ms. Bijalwan has over two decades of experience in sales and marketing across various industries, with expertise in digital strategy, mass advertising, product portfolio management, consumer insights, corporate communications and public relations. She has held pivotal roles at Crompton, Castrol, AkzoNobel and HPCL.
