Muthoot Microfin Ltd. Approves Issue of ₹71.61 Crore NCDs on Private Placement Basis

Muthoot Microfin Ltd. has approved the issuance of up to 7161 Listed, Rated, Secured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of ₹100000 each, amounting to ₹71,61,00,000 on a private placement basis. The aggregate value of the NCDs is USD 7.7 million, which corresponds to an approximate INR value of ₹71,61,00,000 based on the current exchange rate. The NCDs will be listed on BSE Limited and have a tenure of 29 months from the date of allotment. The outstanding principal amount shall be secured by a first ranking and exclusive charge of 1.00x over the company's receivables.
