KSH International Appoints Mr. Hukumchand Lakhotiya as CEO and Key Managerial Personnel

KSH International Limited has appointed Mr. Hukumchand Chandratan Lakhotiya as the Chief Executive Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company with effect from April 02, 2026. Mr. Lakhotiya has over 30 years of experience in the electrical and power sectors and has held leadership roles across P&L, multi-plant operations, sales, and business development. He has been appointed based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and will also serve as a Key Managerial Personnel under the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(5) of the Listing Regulations.
