Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd Appoints Two New Independent Directors

Bliss GVS Pharma Ltd has approved the appointment of two new Additional Directors, Mr. Vijayanarayanan Mahadevan and Mr. Deepak Rameshchandra Shah, as Non-Executive and Independent Directors for a term of 5 consecutive years, effective from April 03, 2026, to April 02, 2031. Mr. Mahadevan is a Chartered Accountant with over 35 years of experience in finance leadership across multiple organizations and geographies. Mr. Shah is also a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience and is based in Mumbai. Both directors are not related to any existing directors and are not debarred from holding the office of Director by any SEBI order or any other such authority.
