IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4, FY 2025-26

IL&FS Engineering and Construction Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the fourth quarter of the financial year 2025-26. This closure is in compliance with the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives under the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The trading window will remain closed from 1st April 2026 for the approval of Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and financial year ending 31st March 2026. The company had previously closed the trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives from 25th February 2025.
