Linde India Ltd. Holds Extra-ordinary General Meeting Through Video Conference

Linde India Ltd. held an Extra-ordinary General Meeting (EGM) on Thursday, 5th March 2026, through video conference. The meeting was chaired by Michael James Devine, Non-Executive Chairman of the Board, and attended by various board members, key managerial personnel, and shareholders. The meeting was held in compliance with the circulars issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Securities and Exchange Board of India. The quorum was ascertained, and general instructions were provided to the members regarding participation in the meeting. The company secretary informed the members about the remote e-voting facility provided through the NSDL e-voting system.
