Bheema Cements Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure for 4th Quarter of FY 2025-2026

Bheema Cements Ltd has announced the closure of the trading window for the 4th quarter of the financial year 2025-2026. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015 and the Company’s ‘Code of Conduct for Regulation, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by Insiders’. The trading window for designated employees, specified persons, and connected persons, including their immediate relatives, will be closed from 1st April, 2026 till 48 hours from the announcement of the audited financial results for the 4th Quarter and Financial Year ended on 31st March, 2026. All Directors, Connected Persons, and Designated Persons of the Company have been informed not to trade in the securities of the Company during this period.
