Colorchips New Media Ltd Closes Trading Window till 48 hours after Q4 Results for FY 2025-2026

Colorchips New Media Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all designated persons and their immediate relatives, effective from 1st April 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2026. This decision is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for the Prevention of Insider Trading and Code of Corporate Disclosure Practices. All designated persons and their immediate relatives are advised not to engage in any transactions involving dealing or trading in the company's shares during this period. The date of the board meeting to consider, approve, and take note of the audited financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended 31st March 2026 will be communicated in due course.
