Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Ltd Closes Trading Window for Q4 and Year-End Results

Ramchandra Leasing & Finance Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for the financial results of the fourth quarter and year ending on 31-03-2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders. The trading window will be closed from Wednesday, 01st April, 2026, and will remain closed until 48 hours after the submission of the audited Financial Results of the Company for the Fourth Quarter and year ended on March 31, 2026 to the Stock Exchange. The date of the Board of Meeting for the review and approval of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026 will be intimated in due course.
