Kemistar Corporation Ltd Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Kemistar Corporation Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, KMPs, designated employees, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, BSE Circular No. List/Comp/01/2019-20, and the company's Code of Conduct. The trading window will remain closed from April 01, 2026, till 48 hours after the declaration of the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated later. Insiders and designated persons have been informed not to trade in the company's securities during the closure period.
