Genus Prime Infra Ltd Announces Closure of Trading Window

Genus Prime Infra Ltd, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct, has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in the company's shares. The closure will commence from April 01, 2026 and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 are made publicly available. The date of the Board Meeting, where the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ending on March 31, 2026 will be considered, will be announced in due course.
