Alka India Ltd. to Approve Audited Financial Results, Recommend Dividend, and Consider Bonus Shares Issue

Alka India Ltd. has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting on 07/04/2026 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2026. The meeting will also consider and recommend the final dividend for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026, and consider the proposal for issue of bonus shares to the public shareholders to achieve compliance with Minimum Public Shareholding requirements. The meeting will also discuss any other matter with the permission of the chair.
