Belrise Industries Ltd. Announces Closure of Trading Window

Belrise Industries Ltd. has announced the closure of the trading window for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives, and specified connected persons. The closure is in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026, till the completion of 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting scheduled for the approval of the audited financial results for the quarter and financial year ending on March 31, 2026. The date of the board meeting will be intimated to the stock exchanges as per the provisions of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
