Novartis India Ltd to Approve Audited Financial Results on May 12, 2026

Novartis India Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on May 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026. In accordance with the SEBI regulations, the Trading Window for dealing in shares of the company by Designated Persons/ Insiders/ Connected Persons and their immediate relatives will be closed from April 1, 2026, and will open 48 hours after the financial results are declared to the Stock Exchange.
