KG Denim Ltd Promoters Declare No Encumbrance Over Shares for FY 2025-2026

KG Denim Ltd, in compliance with Regulation 31(4) & (5) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares and Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, has disclosed that the promoters and members of the promoter group, including persons acting in concert, have not made any encumbrance over the shares held by them, directly or indirectly, during the financial year ended March 31, 2026. This declaration was made by B Sriramulu, one of the promoters.
