Sai Parenterals Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their immediate relatives, in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of conduct. The trading window will close from April 02, 2026, and will reopen 48 hours after the conclusion of the board meeting scheduled for considering the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025, and audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026.
