Jindal Steel Pioneers Coal Gasification for Energy Self-Reliance & Sustainable Steel Production

Jindal Steel has made significant strides in utilizing swadeshi coal through advanced coal gasification. The company has established India's first coal gasification-based Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) plant, successfully deployed syngas in galvanising and colour coating line furnaces, and pioneered syngas injection into its blast furnace.
