Manan Chetan Shah Acquires 2.49% Stake in Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd via Market Transaction

According to a disclosure made under Regulation 29(2) of SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011, Manan Chetan Shah has acquired 1,14,651 equity shares of Aeonx Digital Technology Ltd from the market. This represents 2.49% of the total share capital and 2.37% of the total diluted share capital. The acquisition was made on 27th March, 2026. Prior to the acquisition, Manan Chetan Shah held 0.01% of the total share capital and 0.00% of the total diluted share capital. The total share capital and voting rights remain unchanged post-acquisition.
