JTL Industries Ltd Changes Name of Subsidiary Company to JTL Defence Limited

JTL Industries Ltd, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, has announced the change in the name of its subsidiary, RCI Industries & Technologies Limited, to JTL Defence Limited. This change has been approved by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and is effective as of April 1, 2026. Additionally, JTL Defence Limited has officially adopted its logo.
